Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all GLO tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
